During the initial consultation, I would ask you the reason/s you are seeking counselling, your goals of therapy, your history and how the current problem is impacting your life.

This can be done face to face , telephone or video chat via skype. This will also, give me an insight of the presenting problems and I would know I can assist you , if I can't I will refer you to someone who can.
